• Tues­day — Octo­ber 13, 2009 - The artist is NOT Andy Warhol…
• Wednes­day — Octo­ber 14, 2009 — The weld­ing mask and the artist’s name have a pho­netic con­nec­tion… try stretch­ing the sound and play­ing with the word “weld­ing” :)
• Thurs­day — Octo­ber 15, 2009 — This artist was mar­ried and their spouse was also an artist.
• Fri­day — Octo­ber 16, 2009 — This artist came from Europe and did their major work in the United States.
• Sun­day — Octo­ber 18, 2009 — This artist was an Abstract Expres­sion­ist painter.
• Mon­day — Octo­ber 19, 2009 — The cut-out and attached smile is a big clue.

• Name BOTH the major 20th cen­tury artist AND the name of the piv­otal paint­ing this graphic appears to reference.
• First com­pletely cor­rect entry wins. COMPLETE artist name and COMPLETE paint­ing title required to win. Will be deter­mined by time entry email is received.
• One entry per per­son per day.
• Grand Prize — One Red­bot Own­er­ship Kit with MEDIUM Red­bot — ver­sion two
• Run­ner Up Prizes — Two sets of Red­bot Loves You! but­tons will be awarded to the sec­ond and third per­son who send in cor­rect entries.
• All con­test rules and the selec­tion of win­ners belongs to Jon, one­hu­man­be­ing and may be changed or altered with­out notice.
• Con­test ends 11-7-2009 Octo­ber 31, 2009 — prizes will be awarded to clos­est, and quick­est response.

This is a lit­tle graphic I worked on Sun­day, Octo­ber 12th, 2009… it’s from a photo of me taken sev­eral years ago at a yard sale, and altered a bit.

I was wear­ing a weld­ing mask and the lips were taped to the mask — I don’t think I was really help­ing with the sales.
